Our breakfast sausage is made from whole-muscle pork raised on pasture and ground fresh before being seasoned with a traditional breakfast blend. This is the kind of sausage meant for cast iron skillets, biscuits and gravy, and slow weekend mornings.
We start with our own pork, raised with care and processed locally. The seasoning blend costs more than standard sausage seasoning, but it delivers a clean, savory flavor without overpowering the pork. No fillers, no binders, and no artificial flavors — just pork, salt, spices, and time-tested balance.
This is a bulk breakfast sausage, perfect for patties, crumbles, or recipes that call for real sausage flavor without grease overload.

Cooking Suggestions

Storage
Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days.
