Our pork bratwurst starts on pasture, not in a factory.
At Le Noir Family Farms, our pigs are pasture-raised using rotational grazing, meaning they’re regularly moved onto fresh ground. This gives them space to root, forage, and live as pigs should — while helping us improve soil health and pasture quality at the same time. Healthy land raises healthy animals, and that difference shows up in the flavor.
Every brat we sell is made from our own farm-raised pork, processed responsibly and crafted in small batches to maintain quality and consistency. We don’t use fillers, artificial flavorings, or shortcuts — just honest ingredients and careful processing.
