Reserve your whole hog today and fill your freezer with premium, pasture-raised pork—raised the old-fashioned way on our family’s Missouri farm. Our heritage-breed pigs are free to roam, root, and forage, resulting in rich flavor and marbling that’s impossible to find in store-bought pork. No confinement, no antibiotics, no shortcuts—just real, honest meat from a veteran-owned, Christian family farm.

What You Get:
Each whole hog yields approximately 130–145 lbs of finished cuts, depending on hanging weight and your chosen processing options. Custom butcher instructions available for your preferred cuts.

Typical Cuts Include:

  • Pork Chops (Bone-In)

  • Bacon

  • Ham (whole, halved, or sliced)

  • Shoulder Roasts & Boston Butts

  • Ribs (Spare and/or Baby Back)

  • Ground Pork / Sausage (flavored or plain)

  • Pork Steaks

  • Hocks, Lard, Bones (optional)

Pricing Details:

  • Hanging weight price: $4.50/lb

  • Average hanging weight: 190 lbs

  • Final cost (approx): $855 + butcher fees (paid to processor)

How It Works:

  1. Reserve your hog with a $200 deposit (applied to your total)

  2. We’ll coordinate your processing preferences & butcher date

  3. Final balance due once the hog is processed and weight confirmed

  4. Pick up directly from processor or arrange farm pickup/delivery
